Acquisition of Monty (~2012 Male Normal Ball Python)

Monty is a male Regular Ball Python. He was originally a surrender to Total Pet of Cranbrook BC. After coming regularly to visit him, my girlfriend Jessica decided to get him for me. She led me to the store, as we usually do, and as per usual I went and played with my little buddy. As we were about to leave, she informed me that I didn’t have to put the snake away as he was now mine, and that I could take him home that day, December 11th, 2014. We chose the name Monty and found out he was about 4 years old and therefore was estimated to have been born in 2012. Monty enjoys killing his pray, Large rats.
