Petra 2017 Clutch Update - Babies 1st Shed (2015 Female Bumblebee Ball Python)

All 3 babies of Petra (2015 Bumblebee Ball Python) have now all had their first sheds. Over the last week, the first one shed, than 3 days later, a 2nd shed was found in the container, and finally 4 days after that, the last shed was noticed. All the babies now have brighter colors, which confirms that 2 of them are bumblebees (spider-pastel), just like their mother. The last one appears to be a Killerbee (super pastel-spider). All 3 babies have been sexed (thanks to our friends at Kootenay Ball Python)s and appear to be females. We have also attempted to give them their first feed, but all 3 appear to have inherited a stubbornness gene and refused to try to eat. This is not uncommon and we will keep trying over the next few days.
