Illness of Casper (~2013 Male Pastel Ball Python)

Casper has fallen very ill with no apparent reason, and this only 3 days after eating a healthy fresh rat. The symptoms include loss of color, neurological issues (stargaizing, "spider wobble" , loopings with head), loss of strength in head and neck, inability to keep jaw closed, twitches at the jaw hinge and to top of head. In addition he has a heightened sensitivity to the body and tail. He also has fiber/cotton-like substance being excreted from between his scales. He also seems to be unwilling to coil into his usual ball, and straitens out erect when handled. He also passed a uric acid stone that was greenish in color (normal ones are white) and had a shed. He is bathed daily and we have applied ointment to aid ridding of any parasites/germs.
